Violations may lead to account termination and, if necessary, legal action.

6. Community Conduct

To maintain a respectful environment:

• Discussions should remain professional and positive.
• Harassment, abusive language, or disrespectful comments are prohibited.
• The admin team has full authority to moderate posts, comments, and member activities.

Repeated misconduct may result in suspension or a permanent ban.

7. Payments & Refunds

Police Connect may offer paid membership plans (e.g., Verified or Lifetime Membership).

• Payments made for membership are used to maintain the platform and related community services.
• All payments are processed securely through verified payment gateways.
• Membership fees are non-refundable, except in rare cases of duplicate transactions or technical errors.
• Refund requests, if applicable, must be submitted within 7 days of payment at info@policeconnect.org.

Admins reserve the right to approve or deny refund requests after verification.

8. Content Ownership

All photos, videos, and stories shared by members remain their personal property.
However, by posting on Police Connect, members grant the platform permission to display and use the content within the community (for galleries, newsletters, or events).

No content from this site may be copied, sold, or redistributed without permission from the original author or the admin.

9. Website Use

Users agree not to:

• Attempt unauthorised access to member data or admin areas.
• Use automated bots or scripts to extract information.
• Upload malware, spam, or harmful files.
• Use the Police Connect name or logo for unauthorized promotions.
